Jack Gittings is Fathom Films' Director of Photography. He is an award-winning underwater cinematographer/photographer with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Gittings is a former diving instructor who was first published in 1972. He originally became involved in underwater filming and glamour when he was hired as the dive master for the filming of The Deep. Since then he has worked on the sets of numerous films, such as Splash and The Abyss, and shows like Baywatch. Gittings holds a B.S. Degree in Broadcast Engineering with a minor in Film from San Diego State University, and a Ph.D. in High Energy Physics from Stanford University.
Iara Mandyn is Fathom Films' Art Director, Underwater Photographer, and Head Promotional Model. She is a Rescue Diver certified cinematographer/photographer and model who has extensive experience in underwater work both behind and in front of the camera. Mandyn has a B.F.A. in Painting and Photography from Syracuse University.
