Located in Woodside, California, Fathom Films is a full service video production company specializing in underwater and marine photography. Fathom Films has been serving the Motion Picture, Television and Advertising industries for over 30 years. Our library contains over 5000 hours of film and video footage along with about 25,000 slides. We have both digital and analog video capabilities with linear and non-linear video editing. Fathom Films also owns Fathom Film Trax, a full 16 track digital audio studio designed for film and video sound recording.

Fathom Films has the only Controlled Underwater Environment (CUE) tanks in Northern California that were designed and built for imaging. This makes underwater shooting comfortable, simple and safe, it also gives full control over lighting and water conditions.
